To Bill Haley and the like

I am not an American, I come from Europe, I am a young woman and a Muslim. I am white, European ethnicity - you would probably have difficulties recognizing me as a Muslim if you saw me.

I am disappointed in what I read here. ...What pattern? - It is easy to make a pattern when you carefully pick individual fragments, but statistically it is not the way it is done!!! If that is so, then anybody could make a pattern of almost anything by choosing what they like and eliminating what doesn't suit their pattern. This is called subjective reporting. I myself am a journalist and God forbid I should ever make such a pattern about Christians. I could easily state the names of priests accused of child molesting and say - "hey, there is a pattern. Christianity is evil, I am telling you .. look at the pattern". But, I don't have to do that. I don't have the reason, don't feel the urge, I am not afraid of Christianity the way Christians are afraid of Islam. God taught me to respect every living creature and to respect other religions. "You have Your religion, and I will have mine. And therefore I would never say: How come that anybody can be fascinated by Christianity?

So what if so many people are converting to Islam, as long as it is from the heart, as long as it is true, we all are better off, because true faith doesn't teach you hatered.
