To speak Arabic... YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE AN ARAB. To be an Arab...YOU DON'T HAVE TO SPEAK ARABIC.. you've just got to be born in an Arab country and you're an Arab. So if a baby born in an Arab country but was raised in a non-arabic country (i.e. England) and spoke english but couldnt speak arabic... would that make him/her a non Arab? NOPE!
