What do you mean by Victory over the Palestinians?

The question becomes relevant when you consider that from the military angle israel has gained many a victory over the so called "Palestinian " Arabs. Just look at the lastest spate of violence in Gaza where the Jewish advantage in fatalities is a 100:1. But that does not define victory. The true victory lies in the fact that the Arabs have been unable to cross the fences hemming them away from the Jews, prevented from flooding Israel with their very persons.

Ergo, the only true victory Israel can achieve over the Arab aspirations to flood Israel with five million Arabs (the demand of return) is by returning all those Arabs who have already gotten a foothold inside the Holy Land to their former abodes, east of the Jordan and their Holy Land (from which they brutally evicted the Jews) the Arabian Peninsula.

Will the nations of the world with whom Israel counts itself, the civilized democratic West, consent to such victory? Apparently not. For in truth, had the US wished to gain such victory after 911, they should have repatriated all the Arab invaders to the USA, certainly those associated with Islamist organizations. The US, and most other western nations have foregone this form of true victory, and therefore doomed themselves to the ongoing Islamist invasion. The US has gone the farthest by electing an Islamist to be the head-of-state. Under those conditions tiny Israel cannot look for Victory, meaning repatriation of the invader, and is condemned to ongoing war of attrition. Holland for example has essentially given up on self-defense altogether, and is not being subdued withoput a fight.
