Jiziya

Not so. FYI: You may be surprised to learn that even 40 years ago the jiziya to Afghanistan, Turkey and Iran was flowing freely. Even then the U.S. financed and built the road from Herat to Kabul and gave generously to "bring light upon the Muslim nations"...

In hindsight, one wonders if Reagans efforts, or 'Charlie Wilsons war' to support the mujaheddin did any good at all, or if disengagement would have been better. It certainly did nothing to win us friends amongst the Afghans or Muslims. It is equally galling, if not comical, to see the US complicit in establishing "democracy under sharia" in Iraq and Afghanistan, which defeats the purpose of the exercise, does it not. "Nation-building" must be some kind of mental disorder, especially when it includes building mosques and madrassas in the hope that some kind of "moderate Islam" might evolve. It won't.

It is also a horror to see the US bomb the Christian Serbs out of Bosnia, Kosovo and Herzegovina only to establish a greater Albania, or rather 3 brand-new narco-jihad fiefdoms right smack in the middle of Europe. What a betrayal! What a misguided, foolish and dangerous attempt to pacify our implacable enemies. I feel sorry for all our forebears who have given their lives to keep Europe free from the Islamic scourge. I shall remind you that the fall of Constantinople, the many attacks on Vienna, and the more recent Islamic conquest of Northern Cyprus is no different from the jihad against Israel and 30 other theaters of war to make the world Islamic. There is no choice but victory against the Islamic juggernaut. We will not be able to talk this out or pay them off. Islam must be deconstructed, ridiculed, weakened in every way and Muslims kept out of our countries. We cannot coexist.
