Something is inherently wrong

I agree wholeheartedly with the comment that the near-silence about Wilders in the media, comes as a bit of a surprise.

Had I not been a subscriber this publication and others of similar ilk, I would not have been aware from the Australian media, that the trial of Geert Wilders was even happening.

In fact, my husband who is a keen news follower, knew NOTHING about it, when I raised the issue !!!

The same applies to the UK, I happened on an article which commented on the silence of the British Press, saying that was remarkable, as Holland is 'next door'

Why the silence?

Have we become so politically correct that we are afraid of hurting anyone's feelings?

Does the truth hurt these days?

Why don't those standards apply to the continual slamming of Israel? Or is that OK ?
