Which brackets are you talking about...??
I suggest you read the Verse in the Quran... It has the word "Al Harab" in that very sentence.... which means war/battle. By the way the Surah is 47:4, and I dare you to go back and find the word "Al Harab" in that very sentence. No need to look in other sentences just the verse 47:4.
That's ofcourse if you know arabic you would know in which context the statement is being made. Now if you try to break ONE sentence into 10 sentences then of course the message can easily be fabricated into whatever you like.
