Win or lose, the outcome of Geert Wilders trial will have a large impact on freedoms for us all.

If convicted, this trial will cast a long shadow over anyone with something to say.

People even if they wish to speak the truth will be afraid. Please remember no one has ever said that the film is a lie or that Geert Wilders made things up. Only that this info may lead some people to think badly of the islamists and maybe, perhaps, could be, lead to violence against the islamist.

I would argue that it is the constant killing in the name of allah by islamists that is causing people to think ill of islam and or muslims.

Simply placing this info into a movie is not a huge problem. The many hundreds millions of islamists who permit the islamic violence to continue by not speaking out against it is a huge problem.

If he is found non guilty, then for a short while we can breathe a quick gasp of relief. I say short because very soon after the islamists will go after someone else who dares speak the truth.

Maybe through the courts like with Geert Wilders or by use of murder like they did with Theo Van Gogh.

We must be on guard, for our freedoms can be stolen away in a heart beat by the islamists.
