Consequences

Sara, you are right of course, the weak support Israel has been given by the present US administration, the strange reluctance of the previous administration to "do it" when it would have been far easier, and the Eurabia demographic trap of Europe has pushed Israel into a corner where there are very few options. What is of course interesting are the consequences of an Israeli strike. Coming at a time of huge confusion, with Egypt facing a food crisis which could dwarf any previous event of this kind, Syria involved in a civil war, Jordan held together with chewing gum, and Iraq held together with nothing at all except the intense mutual hatred of all parties, all kinds of stuff might happen.
