An Ancient Observation of a Future Event- Obama Administration Bucking the M.E. Odds.Reader comment on item: Explaining Obama's Fixation with Israel: Linkage Submitted by M. Tovey (United States), Mar 20, 2013 at 16:10 An ancient observation of a future event: 2:1) This is what (the Israeli Prophet) Isaiah son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem: 2) In the last days the mountain of the LORD's temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and all nations will stream to it. 3) Many peoples will come and say, "Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths." The law will go out from Zion, the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. 4) He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore. There is a reason that Candidate Obama and his following are target focused on the Middle East; and it is no small matter when viewed in the context of how quickly the Obama Administration inserted his agenda in the region, coalescing the region's particular Muslim sentiments by giving them prescience over all other matters that could have been addressed in a flailing American economic crisis. It was peculiar to many then and no less so now. But in contradiction to the opening millennially aged observation, the Obama Administration's seeming fascination over the Middle East is less of a search for peace as was sought by predecessor presidential efforts and more of a search for reforming the Middle East to a model global society from which the 'green agenda' could be implemented as a basis for the rest of the world to follow. America is just a stepping stone. Playing up to Israel is merely part of the plan to achieve such a goal; but as the above prophetic pronouncement directs, this is going to be a conflict as one cannot dismiss that Islam is interjecting its version of global aspirations in the world's face. The Arab (read Islamic)-Israeli conflict portends, the issues of solving the Middle East unrest is not just about the 'Palestinian' issue(s), but about the stated intention of just about every Islamist group in the region (and their worldwide backing) of diminishing and then displacing Israel from the land of their heritage. So while we see the Obama Administration doing reconnaissance in Israel to bring focus once again to the efforts of a Middle East peace, it is what is NOT being said to the Israeli government that should be watched in order to understand what will unfold in the next few month of this year. Sec Kerry was sent as point; Candidate Obama will make his visiting points; and we'll shortly see what this all points to as the world responds to this latest overture of an American led 'peace' effort and how quickly the anti-Zionism shows..
