Nonsense. He spent part of his childhood in Indonesia, an Asian country in which many of the people are Muslims. He was brought up there in the expatriate and golf-club centered slice of society. His mother's life-style in Indonesia, as a peripatetic observer and foundation-supported student of local, and widely distributed, arts and crafts, is rather like that of friends who served there with the CIA.

Islam teaches that Jews, being "People of the Book," are to be treated with respect.
