GIVE US A MAGNANIMOUS LEADERReader comment on item: Egypt after Morsi: Joy and Worry Submitted by JACQUES HADIDA (United States), Jul 4, 2013 at 14:12 Sad to say that people do not learn from history. And yet we see day long what is gong on in other parts of the world. People get easily tired when nothing happens to please them. And what pleases them is a better life. Yet no one wants to give it to them. They demonstrate for it, fight for it, and whoever is in power has no idea how to give it to them. Today, the good economy of any country is what people want. A job, even if not too decent, but enough to survive is what the man in the street wants and yet the government does not understand that. Every leader, whoever he is, looks after his own pocket, satisfies his wishes and desires and forget his own people. Sad but true. Let one of these leaders show magnanimity around him or her and I bet you he will be seen differently. Today trust has disappeared, so how can you run a country if no one believes in intrinsic values. JACQUES HADIDA
