WAR is likely in this Pattern

Egyptians fighting Egyptians. (Isaiah 19:2) A cruel leader emerges. (Isaiah 19:4) The Nile River begins drying up. (Isaiah 19:5) WHY? Five African nations need Nile water for irrigation to feed their starving people's. The chaos in Egypt gives these nations the opportunity to pursue their irrigation/agricultural needs while Egypt is in turmoil.

Ethiopia is the nation building the dam which will shut off some of Egypt's water. Former president Morsi had said a drop of Egyptian water being diverted to other nations will be paid in their blood. Words to that effect.

From Syene (The Aswan Dam) to the border of Ethiopia there will be desolation. (Ezekiel 29:10) Its likely the Hebrew prophets have told us the truth.
