Islamists live in their own world

Dear Dr Pipes,

You are right in your response to the reader Ghulam Muhammed from India who said that the latest coup in Egypt was orchestrated by Israel and the USA. You were quite right also when you said a few days back that if Morsi goes out of power, Islamists will be exonerated. But, I think, it is all a part of the game. Islamists have always blamed the west (and others) for their troubles instead of looking inwards. I wish the US and Israel were powerful enough to bring coups in Islamic countries at will. It simply doesn't make sense. Islamist, indeed, live in their own world. How long can they sustain this make-belief-deny-ownership world is the question!
