... There is another way for Israel to diminish Iran's capacity to produce a nuclear weapon. Rather than use a ground level nuclear exposion to destroy the various sites, which will kill many not to mention the effects of lingering radiation; a high altitude EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pulse) would give the IDF sufficient time to destroy the sites with non-nuclear "smart" weaponry. A nuclear explosion at high altitude will disrupt Iranian military communications for enough time for the Israeli Air Force to enter Iranian airspace and deploy the necessary weapons to take out the various sites.

Employing a HAEMP will not kill and any radiation will dissipate at that altitude so international outrage will be thwarted. Unfortunately there are two confounding factors; the Isreali Air Force would have to fly over sovereign airspace and Iran will retaliate, but otherwise no problem except for Obama----he would be a little miffed!
