Rather, it is a mere stepping stone to the destruction of Israel. That clause, over five major agreements is still in the charter of the PA/PLO and Hamas. Any agreement with that included is a recipe for disaster and continued conflict. They need to fully incorporate in their thought process that there will NEVER be a Palestinian State.
