They will come right back with more guns

Dear Dr Pipes,

Paying Palestinians to leave Israel may be a good idea but I think it will not work. Even if only 5% of them come back to Israel with more guns and IEDs to 'free the Islamic land from Jewish control' the whole purpose will be lost. At the very least Israel will need to somehow make sure that these nice people do not accept the cash reward come right back.
