Dear Mr. Pipes,

You state that peace is possible with the Muslims living in the West Bank, after Palestinian defeat / Israel victory. You ... still analyse the Israel-Muslim Arab Palestinian conflict as a territorial conflict. After reading what is written in general about Islam you should consider that this conflict is a Religious/Theological/Metaphysical conflict between Islam and the Jews (and with "infidels" - Christians and other non muslim religions).

And a Palestinian state will not bring peace, even after a palestinian defeat/Israel victory. A muslim palestinian state will always seek the destruction of Israel which is build on a territory that was part of their Muslim territory. Perhaps should you read the draft article that I send you some time ago on the subject of the Religious/Theological/Metaphysical conflict.
