Yes, but I never said Islam grew through a fad throughout its history. The relativelty FEW converts that come to Islam in America is primarily a fad. The huge numbers of Muslims in the world is demonstrably due to massive breeding. Do you deny the established fact that Muslim countries generally reproduce at 2-6 times the average?

Bald assertion does not a religion make. In theory you can come p with all sorts of modern crapola that feeds the gullible minds. But in practice we can actually test how "merciful" Islam is. What "hope" did Muhammed offer the Jewish tribe of Qurayza before massacring them and taking their women as sex slaves and baby factories?

If it were true it would be easy to swallow. But in practice we see that Muslim dominant countries have Jews and Christians being either scarce or exitinct. Shaia law is anti-egalitarian, as any Islamic scholar would agree. It demands the social inequality of Jews and Christians (and even worse, pagans) when compared to Muslims.

The overwhelming majority of Islam represents the intellectually destitute. The impoverished and ignorant of today's global society. They fall back on Islam because they have no choice. Christianity and other religions are not permitted to be taught in Muslim dominated countires. Gee, what are they afraid of if Islam is so intellectually appealing? If it is so much better and obviously preferable over other faiths, then why shut down freedom of thought? Why is apostasy punishable by death in Islam?

But once you force the parents to be Muslim their children accept it from childhood because there is no other alternative for them. Of course they will be devout. That is teh best way to create devout followers of any religion; make sure they are born into it.

The issue is not what bad exists in "society" but thanks for trying the trusty old red herring. The issue is what bad exists in religious law. There is no Catholic religious law condoning any of the bad that may or may not exist in secular socities. There is a clear Islamic religious law condoning the segregation of religions, the killing of apostates, the slaughter of non-Muslims, etc. Get rid of Sharia and I might start taking Islam seriouly. Until then it remans a primitive religion whose strength is grounded in the ignorance of its adherents. The only Muslims I respect are those with reformism in mind; which essentially makes their view of Isam different from Islam really is. In any other religion that person would not be considered a member of the fold. For example, polygamists in Colorado City call themselves Mormons, but they have been rejected by the official Mormon Church because the Church denounced polygamy more than a century ago. Reformers in Islam want to reform but have no basis for reform other than their need to conform to expectations of western societies. This is why they remain marginalized in Islam.

What? That the majority of Muslims in America are native Middle-Easterners and Asians? Doesn't it strike you as odd that blue-eyed blonde haired Americans are not allowed to preach Christianity in ANY Muslim country, yet you guys can flood to our country at roecord numbers and try to breed us out? Yet, you're of the delusion that Islam is more tolerant and encourages freedom of thought? The facts speak much louder than your empty assertions.

They convert in Prison because it is just nother group that offers protection. But we all know exactly how virtuous the Nation of Islam is don't we. Muhammed Ali was just a shining example of morality huh? Mike Tyson and Michael Jackson too. We saw what happened with "free thought" in that brand of Islam with Malcom X.
