Although I am still learning and trying to understand why the muslim fanatics are fighting and causing so much terror across the globe, I must commend Pervez Musharraf and the fight coming from within his corner of the ring. Mr Musharraf in my eyes seems to be the only middle eastern leader with blood on his hands and willing to fight for a better day and a bit of democracy for his people.
I am probably wrong but it seems that all terorists who are either dead through suicide bombings or detained through the suspision of being involved with terorists activities always seem to have had some connection with Pakistan. People talk that the fighting within Iraq and Afghanistan will decide the war on Islamic facism but I feel it will be Pakistan where the hearts and minds will be won. I also feel that Mr Musharraf will pay the ultimate sacrifice with his own life in this fight, as he is down in the mud and getting dirty when it matters which is one of the biggest threats against Al Q. I pray that I am wrong, as the middle east need more leaders such as this man.
