Islamic Leaders urges Pakistanis to prepare for a War against US agressionReader comment on item: Red Mosque in Rebellion Submitted by Mathew (India), Aug 5, 2007 at 15:19 Leader of Jama't-ud-Da'wah Pakistan, Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, has said the statement of the US presidential candidate has proven that the whole American nation has become extremist and an enemy of Islam. What are Muslims waiting for after the threat to attack Bait Allah (the sacred House of Allah in Makkah) and Masjid-e-Nabwi (the Prophet's Mosque in Medinah), he asked? He said if an American presidential candidate can incite his nation against Islam and Muslims, then Muslims too have a right to choose the path of sacrifices and martyrdom to defend themselves. Why are the rulers who conduct operations against Masjids and Madrassahs silent about this latest US blasphemy, he demanded? He urged Islamic scholars to prepare the nation against US aggression using the platform of their Masjids and pulpits. In his sermon during the weekly Jumuah (Friday Prayers), which was attended by thousands of men, women, and children, Prof. Hafiz Muhammad Saeed urged the rulers to end the slavish following of orders of the enemies of Islam and to abandon obsolete political concepts. He said Pakistan's rulers have brought the nation to the brink of disaster with their foolish policies. He said if the US now has the gall to threaten attacks against Makkah and Medinah, it is solely because of the weakness and unwise policies of Muslim rulers. He said Muslims will definitely not tolerate this threat, nor take it lightly. He told the rulers to stop referring to Jihad as terrorism and to stop ridiculing Masjids and Madrassahs. He urged the rulers to come out of self delusion and to stop deluding the nation too. Hafiz Saeed said this is not a time to give false assurances to the nation but a time to stand up boldly against the enemies of Islam and Muslims and to neutralize their evil ambitions. He said the reaction of Pakistan's Foreign Office regarding the aggressive statement of the US presidential candidate does not reflect the nation's feelings. He said it is not sufficient to term threats of attacks against Makkah and Medinah merely as an irresponsible and emotional statement. He said the hatred in the hearts of the enemies of Islam against Islam and Muslims has been made evident. What should have been done in this case, he said, was for the rulers to stop their cant about the so-called ‘war on terror' and vow to end their pacts and agreements with the forces of the enemies of Islam, yet unfortunately he said, the rulers are trying to cool the emotions of the nation by trying to interpret these blasphemous and aggressive statements in a non-aggressive light. He said that the statement by the US presidential candidate that the US can suffer a nuclear attack is actually a threat against Pakistan's nuclear program. He stressed that Islam does not only mean to pray five times a day and to fast in the month of Ramadan. He said the Qur'an makes it obligatory upon Muslims to be prepared against any aggression of the enemies of Islam by arming themselves with the latest and best weapons, including nuclear technology. He said the war between Islam and its enemies continues and in'sha'Allah (God willing) the offensive statement of the US presidential candidate will turn out to be a cause of further unity among Muslims. __________________________________________________________________________ US should order Pervez Musharaf to immediately arrest this Terrorist Leader in charge of inciting Terrorism. His organisation should be outlawed with all assetts / funds sealed. All Ranks and File of this Terrorist Organisation should be behind the bars or executed. Failing to take decisive and firm action against this Terrorist and his gang will result in catch 22 situation for US and its allies in that areas. This Mullah is extremely dangerous Terrorist and should be in guantanamo bay for further interrogation.
