I will tell you something about Tabligees, as I lived in India and Pakistan for 20 years.

They spend their own time, wealth and energy to spread Islam everywhere. The amazing thing is that they have spread far and beyond in to Russia, S and N America, Australia, Europe and they have excelled from their ARAB brothers in spreading Islam and making huge masjids.

The person who converted Malcolm X to Sunniism was also an Afro-American Tabligee, who made a lot of Ikraam of Malcolm and gave him Dawa openly and secretly towards Islam.

The US has stopped giving visas to Pakistani and Indian Tabligees, but they have started sending Jamaats from Europe in to the US. So what is one supposed to do? Deny the UK and French citizens a US visa?

They are ferocious. I belive they are NOT going to buy your idea of diverting them away by telling them that "they are NOT Arabs"

They must be laughing at you right now dhimmi. And I agree with Mary, we can't legally stop them.
