in response to reader comment: For Abd al-Rahman

Our dear Mo'ayidd (oh I'm correcting your Arabic name) faylasoof al-nahw wa al-qawa3id al-3arabiya wrote

You are accusing someone else (who ever that is) of the same error you are making. While words might share the same root they don't necessarily have the same meaning.

"necessarily"? Are you for real? This little gem of yours is clear evidence that your comand of Arabic nahw wa qawa3id is very poor and that your command of the Arabic language root system is terrible

The word Kafr (as in village) isn't actually Arabic just so you know,

Really? Now let us check Hans Wehr dictionary page 833A and you will find

Kaf, Feh, Reh kafr pl.kufur small village, hamlet

Your claim is bogus. The word kafr or village is a perfect Arabic word.

it is Arabaized Ancient Egyptian.

Arabized ancient Egyptian really? I have Crum dictionary (Coptic-Egyptian language) here infront of me and there is no word kafr here. Your claim is bogus

It isn't even pronounced the same way

One word: Bogus. The word in the dictionary is Kaf, feh, reh and add a fatha above the kaf et voila we have

KaFR (the lower case a is the kasra)

But I will give you a chance: so how do you vocalize the word KFR? as in small village

but because you either don't speak Arabic or you are deliberatly misleading readers, you didn't mention this fact.

What fact? that you cannot even add a hamza to your name? or that you cannot even quote a dictionary here to support your bogus allegations?or that your command of Arabc nahw wa qawa3id is poor? or that you are nothing but another wannabe Arab?Which one is it?
