I accept your reasoning. I will not argue with the truth, these people declare anyone a Kafir at the drop of a hat.

However they do not have the monopoly on interpretation and the way you used the word without qualification does (to my mind) make it seem that it is a core belief in Islam which marginalises people like myself who strongly oppose their chauvinism.
