Get your facts straight, Shamsud.

Shamsud says: "Do not be angry and sentimental. Why do you think of burkha. It is an ancient tradition of India, Greece, Rome and other places. Islam does not prescribe as you see in Afghanistan.

Read, understand, and then speak."

Where do you get your facts, Shamsud? Burqa is not a tradition of India, Greece or Rome. Period. Haven't you seen any ancient Greek or Roman paintings or sculptures. Do any of them show burqa, niqab. jilbab or any other kind of coverings on women? Burqa in India was brought on by the Muslim invaders and it is only worn by Muslim women, you know that well!!!! Don't you?

Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh, Christian or any other women do not wear burqa in India or anywhere else. Perhaps, in your Bangladesh, Pakistan and in middle eastern countries Muslims force all women to wear burqas whether they are Muslim or not. Muslims never care for woman's rights anyway. So what's new there!!!!.

May be you should stop practicing taqiyya before you advice anybody to "read, understand and then speak".
