there are other points you forgot to mention ....

1. Jesus will descent near Damascus and fight the False-Messiah

2. Jesus will kill the false-Messiah and uproot the Jews who back him

3. the Jews will think that the false-Messiah is the Christ they are waiting for so they will follow him and fight with him against Al-Mahdi and Jesus Christ

4. The Arabs after the spring uprising will be in a mess with no true leader, the Jews and Israel will be happy for a while until Al-Mahdi emerges from Mecca and take control and lead the people to victory

5. there is no future for Israel in the region, the state will be uproot as promised by God Himself
