The sad fact is Pakistani and Indian Muslims are all over the internet are mistranslating the entire Islamic historical tradition to English. Almost all of them have no good command of Arabic and worse their command of English is just as bad

Here is an example of a big lie: In Surat al-Baqara the name of Abraham is the Syriac form of the name Or Abraham not the Arabic form of the name Ibrahim

Check Tafsir al-Qurtubi of Q2:124 and you will discover that the liars replaced the word Abraham with Ibrahim because it is very embarrassing to admit that the Qur'an calls him in Surat al-Baqara Abraham and not Ibrahim

However, the geniuses that edited al-Qurtubi's Tafsir forgot to delete that al-Qurtubi tells his readers that the word Abraham in Q2:124 is really from Syriac! So it becomes the name Ibrahim is from Syriac (sic)!
