The Turks know very well why Turkey should not join the EU

I suspect that the Turks do not want to join the EU because they know that the pesky Armenians and Greeks and Syrians could take Turkey to the European courts and demand financial compensation or even worse giving back to these groups the property and the lands that they have lost to the Turks

Turkey is not our friend and we have nothing in common with the Turks either

What is most amazing is that the Turks share with Muslim Indians and Pakistanis the fact that their ancestors were brutalized by Islam and the Turkish barbarians that invaded both India and the Byzantine empire but do they admit it?
