R&A's methodology

Two comments.

1) The Islam described by Rehman and Askari seems far closer to Ahmadiyya (from which 'everything objectionable' has been removed) than to the Wahabiism that claims a return to the original. There are Islamic countries in which Ahmadi are persecuted as infidels, and forbidden to call themselves 'Muslims'.

2) The high 'Islamicity Index' ranking achieved by, e.g., New Zealand, appears to come from its own Enlightenment-derived constitution rather than from anything Islamic
