Islam Reform

Islam has taken many forms over 1,400 years. My main argument is that Muslims need urgently to reform their religion - e.g., jihad and the treatment of women - to pull themselves out of the morass in which so many find themselves today. It can happen, it must happen.

Nice last sentence – "It can happen, it must happen". First-rate.

Well centuries ago Catholics would burn Protestants to death. No longer. Christianity has come a long way. As for Islam, it is way far behind and need to reform like Christianity. There is not a scintilla of doubt in my mind that it can, but question is when. Can it happen in the immediate future?
