Astrological aspects, and the 2020 US election

Just picking up, where I left off here. You said,

That's all fine - as magnets have a field of force which interacts with a wire conductor and indues emf in it . In your analogy - I assume the cknew things about my life that tonductor is the human psyche - but what is the 'force' ? Is it a form of consciousness as well?

Here's what I was getting at:

Astrology is based on the arrangement of planets in the horoscope, with no reference to their electromagnetic fields, gravitational pull or distance; so it doesn't fall within the realm of classical physics. Neither do I make any claims, that it is somehow related to quantum mechanics. God DID, however, note that the heavenly bodies were there not just for seasons (which obey classical physics), but also for SIGNS; so I have to take this study seriously. The fundamental communication (word) in the universe is not just quantum mechanics, not just the commandments, but, as the Bible says, "EVERY word that proceeds out of the mouth of God."

The "magnet" illustration was just that, an illustration. The planets on the horoscope are not moving through a magnetic field. Aspects between them, however, have effects that are SUGGESTED by physical phenomena. The TRINE aspect is suggestive of the Lagrangian points in physics:

Just as objects at these points have stable orbits, the trine aspect in astrology is thought to indicate a smooth-flowing relationship between the effects of the planets involved (a "good" aspect). Likewise, conjunctions, where the planets are in the same part of space as each other, as viewed from the earth, are considered either good or bad, depending on the natures of the two planets. I used the magnet analogy to show this.

Science is an exacting exercise, which cannot tolerate metaphors and is intolerant of deviation. There are some people with personalities like this, and they are impossible to live with. The Pharisees and Sadducees were like this; and Jesus repeatedly frustrated them by speaking in metaphors. He especially irked them, by speaking about forgiveness. Some prominent dogmatic scientists of today, such as Richard Dawkins, likewise stop their ears at the teachings of Jesus; because they cannot understand them. So prevalent is the spirit of intolerance in this field, in fact, that scientists only grudgingly accept one another: the phlogiston theory, and the theory of spontaneous generation were adamantly adhered to for centuries, until they were put down by incontrovertible evidence.

The fact remains, however, despite the prejudices of scientists, that some things are difficult to understand, and others are impossible to understand. I find astrology to be in the "difficult" category. Trying to negate it, is like trying to convince me that I don't exist: I have plenty of "anectdotal" evidence that it is real; but since I am the one telling the "anecdote", and it is about real experiences in my life, this is true evidence to me even while it might not be for others.

One aspect of astrology, of which I am particularly convinced, is the effect of multiple very close, major (conjunction, opposition and square) aspects of the outer planets on the affairs of men. As I said, there is one such aspect coming up on Inauguration Day, 2021; and the most recent occurrence of similar aspects were associated with the collapse of the Soviet Union -- the most significant event of history post WWII.
