self unfullfilling prophecyReader comment on item: Is Radical Islam in Decline? Submitted by Mohammed Waza Khiddif id'Ullah (Australia), Sep 29, 2016 at 00:02 "Would we ever join in an attack on Israel, let alone lead it? Consider this: 1. a. The Korean War b. The Gulf War; c. Kosovo d. Afghanistan e. The Iraq War f. Libya. In all these cases, the US led an invasion of a single country, joined by most of the Western powers (Australia often prominent among them)." Several things count against it.The Korean War was a proxy war against communism. Kosovo was an internal Yugoslav civil war . It was very much a struggle by Serbs against muslims. It was exacerbated by Clinton and CNN - who picked the wrong side as far as I'm concerned. There is still a statue to that clown in Kosovo. http://itmakessenseblog.com/2011/10/24/this-says-it-all-%E2%80%93-what-europe-really-think-of-obama-and-the-clintons-is-this-the-%E2%80%9Cchange%E2%80%9D-obama-talked-about/pic-2-bill-clinton-groping-statue-of-liberty-copy/ Australia, the UK, the US, Canada etc have an influential and educated Jewish population who would do anything to avert an attack by their countries against Israel. The very few times that Australia has acted against Israel at the UN has been when there was a Labor government here - and they tend not to reflect the views of the conservative heartland. There is no really extensive animosity against Jews and Israel except amongst muslims residing in those countries and various fruitloops who think 'da Joooz' are the cause of all the world's problems - up to and including why their string bag of oranges broke on the way home from the stores this morning. Muslims, despite having all the chances not to - continually prove to the world how noxious their 'religion' is. Their animosity to Israel is particularly palpable and unrelenting - but widely known. Any campaign in the UN that sides against Israel is increasingly being seen and proven to be initiated by muslim backers. Most people aren't that stupid and realise that putting a muslim diplomat in a suit doesn't change their poisonous goals. Here a recent poll showed 49% of Australians do not want any more muslim immigration - which is a majority as there were 'undecideds' in the count. There is no such sentiment against Israelis. Muslims are ot going to do something really, really good to counteract all the evil they've done and continue to do, anytime soon. And I can't see Israel doing anything really, really bad that pisses off the rest of the world so much. A pre-emptive strike on Iran would possibly be publicly admonished with great gusto - but silently applauded by many - not the least by sunni muslims. And , if things ever got anywhere near that the powerful Christian lobby in those countries would be aware of its implications and work to not have their countries involved.
