Melania is Slovenian, like my grandmother. The Donald has married some beautiful women; and has beautiful and immensely talented children.

I've been watching the parade of sycophants, sending congratulations to our next President. Merckel, Renzi, Hollande, Juncker, Tusk and their little elves, along with China's dictator Xi, will likely regret that they enclosed their "well-wishing" in stern lectures. Most Muslim leaders are biting their lips before they speak, because they know Mr. Trump will be VERY pro-Israel.

He is also exceptionally pro-UK. Boris Johnson and Nigel Farage are doing cartwheels; but Theresa May has become a little jealous that her "lessers" seem to be getting more access to our leader than the others. Britain stands to be fast-tracked for bilateral trade deals with the US and Mexico. Canada may have to choose whether they want to be part of a failing Europe, or of an up-and-coming North Atlantic alliance. NATO is secure for those, like Britain (and to a lesser degree, France), who have truly contributed to it. For their Continental friends like Juncker, who want to create a Swiss Guards League bloc of their own, it will be a rocky ride. Let them deal with Libya and Turkey without our help; see how far they get.

Vladimir Putin is beside himself with joy, because his relationship with Obama has been so, so, so, so, so very, very bad!

Meanwhile, the Sultan of Turkey is hard at work, forcing his way into Syria. I think he will keep going, right up to the Golan, to become Gog of Ezekiel 39. He will lose his pants, confronting Israel, and the whole Islamist world along with him -- possibly as early as next summer.
