The Aramaic word for "God" in the language of Assyrian Christians is ʼĔlāhā, or Alaha.

God in Syriac it is 'Il or ܐܝܠ in Syriac and this would have been the language that your so called prophet would have heard and this word is in the Qur'an check Tafsir Q9:10 and here is the word in Syriac
