The Erdogan Dummy

There seems to be an inverse relationship between egomania and a sense of humor. Erdogan is too self-important to withstand criticism, opposition or lampooning, all of which makes him a total laughingstock. Autocracy suits his personality to a tee.

He reminds me of Jeff Dunham's dummy, Ahmed the Dead Terrorist, who angrily hisses "I keel you!" whenever Jeff steps out of line. I wish there could be an Erdogan dummy who could delight audiences with his absurd paranoid outbursts. The dummy could have fangs and look like Dracula, and could be called the "Ottoman Vampire". When angry, he would scream Terrorist!: Fethula Gulen? Terrorist!, Daniel Pipes? Terrorist! Israel? Terrorist!, Mother Theresa? Terrorist! Then, when asked about NATO: "I want to suck your blood!". There's always some truth in humor.
