Bravo to standing up to Erdoğan

I applaud the ruse taken by the MEF to upstage Erdoğan's dictating the terms of the conference. For too long, EU members of NATO have kowtowed to Erdoğan so that Turkey might become the newest member of the EU--not to mention remaining a 'faithful' member of NATO.

Meanwhile Turkey is doing deals with Moscow whilst in good Stalinist fashion is silencing all voices save that of Erdoğan and his policies. Wake up, Western Democracies, Erdoğan, the caliph wannabe, is on the prowl.
