The Turks actually disapprove of everyone, except themselves

Daniel,

I notice that you haven't posted on this blog lately; instead, you have posted on Twitter. I do not belong to Twitter, so I will respond to your Twitter post here. You noted a recent survey, saying,

"About the same proportion of Turks view the US (72%) and ISIS (73%) as a threat to their country."

This is nothing new, and I wouldn't read too much into it. Previous polls of the Turks show them to disapprove of EVERY country in the world except themselves. In fact, 72% and 73% are actually relatively low disapproval ratings from the Turks.
