Jordan Peterson and the Western Civilization v Marxisim/Communism, Post Modernism and Feminism - Haidt

If you read " The RIghtious Mind " by Jonathan Haidt it assists understanding the selfproclaimed left verses what they call the right. The left are much narrower in what they see as important, oddly enough safety one of the 2 things they value highest. Haidt gives research on this an accepts the facts even though he is a self confessed 'lefty'. Haidt is of high enough character to accept the results of his research, he said he had difficulty accepting these facts but resolved to do so and published.

Haidt, like Peterson says, it as it is which is refreshing. Another interesting read is The History of Westen Philosophy by Bertran Russell, Marxism as a religion. The best is "Inside the Whale " an essay, its online, by George Orwell, which explains why literacy criticism is only accepted by academia if it's taken with a Marxist View. This last point is the big one
