Anti immigration vs anti IslamistReader comment on item: The Rise of Western Civilizationism Submitted by Anon (United States), May 13, 2018 at 12:00 If the movement is about anti Islamism and an attempt to keep out unassimiliable groups such as those from war torn Muslim countries then it can be a force for the good. However often time these groups hate everybody and want all immigrants out which is undesirable. What Trump has tried to do with his so called muslim ban is probably the worst. He has targetted Iranian nationals who have almost no history of jihadist terrorism compared to Saudis, Pakistanis etc who are not impacted by the ban.
