The word in question is التقاة

And to understand the meaning of the word we turn to al-Tabari aka Allah's editor in-chief and this what he says:

التقاة التكلم باللسان، وقلبُه مطمئن بالإيمان

Or al-Taqa is speaking with the tongue and your heart is secure in your belief

In other words: Lies and deception sanctioned by Allah as long as this is directed to kuffar
