Israel Remains as Proof of Holy Bible - Jesus Christ's WORD Remains as Only Truth in this WorldReader comment on item: Obama Wins, Muslims Divided Submitted by M. Tovey (United States), Dec 1, 2008 at 11:58 We find in the circular argument expressed here by sTs and others who follow the teachings of the Imams about the Quran and similar Muslim tenets that, even though they say they hold some form of esteem for their version of Jesus Christ, in the same breath they repudiate who Jesus Christ is; and further hold the Holy Bible, in which all truth in Jesus Christ is revealed, in contempt. One cannot say the things like sTs does and still try and convince anyone outside that kind of mindset that Muslims have any regard for the truth about Jesus Christ. There is a fundamental reason. For out of the mouth of Jesus Christ came these words: salvation is of the Jews. If we know no other thing about the relationship of the Jewish people of the world with the rest of the world, the Jews are either embraced as the children of Almighty God out of His love for them, or they are held in contempt in a way most easily demonstrated just recently in Mumbai. That the Muslim mindset is historically opposed to the Jewish people is found from the time of the Islamic Prophet and his writings to the present day, where the majority of the Muslim world promote the ‘Palestinian' cause as super to the Israeli nation. One need only listen to the President of Iran and others of similar ilk to know that if they had their way, Israel would be driven out of existence, ostensibly for the Islamic ‘peace' they say would ensue. Those that would continue to extol the virtues of the Quran and the Sharia that inevitably follows over the truth of the Holy Bible and the discipleship of Jesus Christ, do so for their unbelief in who Jesus Christ really is. It is an argument that cannot be won by anyone who does not believe in Jesus Christ. Yet it is necessary for those who choose not to believe in the Holy Bible in order to continue some religious form in the absence of understanding the things we see today that point to the Jewish nation fulfilling their destiny. The things we see today happening to Israel are prophetic pointers to the truth of that nation's primacy in the eyes of her LORD Almighty God, and of fulfillment of the testimony of Jesus Christ in preparation to His return. A thousand years ago the weakened Roman church tried to establish, and re-establish a Christian presence in Jerusalem, in the false mindset that they were helping the cause for the Kingdom of God. The error of that is that in order for the Kingdom of God to be established on earth, the true King needs to be present. What they did not honor is the truth of the Holy Bible, which says Jesus Christ would return to establish His own throne. Israel needed to be in existence for that to happen. Not until now is that prophecy possible, now that Israel has been re-established. Elsewhere in this post we read one version of the Muslim endtime scenario and find it does not meet the Biblical criteria for such things. This is because it contains the falsehoods of the times when the Quran was first written. It is why Islam does not understand how Jerusalem was taken from the Ottoman empire, how Israel could be re-established right under the noses of the Arab nations, and nor understand how Israel can still stand under the extreme pressure of the world's desire to gain peace at Israel's expense. We see through Biblical understanding that the Holy Bible is being completed in its fulfillment, in such a way that cannot be matched by the Quran. We see further that the Word of the LORD as spoken by Jesus Christ is being fulfilled in every way to point to His truth. Those disciples of Jesus Christ see these things and need to understand the wisdom as provided in the Holy Bible; they are preparations for His return. Disciples of Jesus Christ need to be prepared in their own way, by being obedient to His love for us, to love Him by being obedient to His commandments. One cannot do that and still think the Quran has any value to being a true Christian to Jesus Christ. The premise to the previous post, that the Quran has some value for truth must be taken in the context for why the Quran was originally written. The Islamic Prophet had spoken his thoughts on such things after coming to a point of unbelief of the true Personality of Jesus Christ. His dislike for the Jewish people after they rejected his works became the seed for the anti-Jewish persuasion of the Muslim people today. Their hatred, seen in all other anti-semitic activities around the world, finds in it basis the Biblical principle to make an example to the world; that Israel is Almighty God's chosen people and His final witness of His Sovereignty in all things. In that we find the truth of the Holy Bible remains as His Holy WORD and revelation, and Jesus Christ remains as the Holy One of Israel.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
