air line records, etc

Do airline records exist that would show whether or not his mother flew to Kenya? I have traveled to other countries but have no idea if the government keeps track of passport use. If they do could not these records also be checked? And what about Kenya. Do they keep track of who enters their country? I am just wondering if there are not other documents, etc that would show whether or not his mother traveled to Kenya prior to her giving birth.
