Reader comment on item: Enjoy the Jerusalem Embassy – But Don't Get Giddy

With the present "partners for peace" there is no way Israel can accept an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital on the doorstep to Israel. If Israel is presented with such a proposal I have to believe that Israel will tell Trump to move the embassy back to Tel Aviv. Alternately I have to believe there is no deal Trump can make for a Palestinian state that the Palestinians will accept that includes a Jewish state on any borders.
