UK PM Truss - Will Move Embassy to Jerusalem

Although PM Truss of the UK is "conservative" it appear that she's not in the tradition of the Anglican Church which holds that the English Anglicans are the true successors of the Jews. In other words, the are not to be confused with American Evangelicals who believe that Jesus will when Jerusalem (Israel) is fully restored to the Jews.

So Trump did the right thing by Israel and not the deal you assumed he would make, I think you overlooked who he picked to make the deal - beside his Conservative Jewish Son-in-Law, he had his Conservative Jewish Real Estate Lawyer on the task - and owns land in the "Occupied" (liberated from Jordan) Territory.

I think you moralized Trump into wanting to please everyone. But Trump only pleased those who were go for the deal as the deal suited him. Accordingly, Trump would not sacrifice the interests of his Jewish Daughter and her Jewish Children. In other words, Trump is a Philo-Semite - much more interested in the welfare of Jews and Israelis than Reform Jews or Leftist Jews. I think you are underestimating the significance of his favorite beloved daughter converting to Judaism and marring a Jewish husband.

It appears, therefore, that Trump opened the door for the UK to possibly move its Embassy to Israel.
