The Yazidi woman Nadia Murad Basi awarded the Nobel PrizeReader comment on item: Conservatism's Hidden History Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Oct 5, 2018 at 06:27 Dr Pipes The amazing and strong Yazidi woman Nadia Murad Basee was awarded the Nobel Prize for her peaceful work to remind the world of the atrocities committed by Muslim terrorists, and members of Daesh against her community in Iraq and Syria. Yazidi women were sold as slaves and raped. And many Yazidis were murdered in cold blood. Why? Because we are told by Daesh that the God of the Qur'an tells his followers to slay the idolaters where ever you find them and to enslave and rape their women. Muslims in general including the Turks regard the Yazidis as infidels that deserve to be murdered. Absolutely despicable! Nadia was also a victim of these appalling atrocities but she was able to escape and tell the story of her people for anyone who is willing to listen https://www.cbsnews.com/news/nobel-peace-prize-2018-winner-denis-mukwege-nadia-murad-today-2018-10-05/ She visited the US in 2015 to tell her story to our politicians and to the media. She wanted to meet with Barack Hussein Obama. Obama would not meet with her and instead he visited a Muslim Brotherhood/Salafist Mosque in Maryland to talk about the fraudulent so called "Islamophobia" In 2017 when Trump's "Travel Ban" was declared. The hysteria of the regressive left and the media was all about "But it is a Muslim ban." Not a single media source realized that this could also prevent victims, including Yazidis and Christians, of Muslim terrorists and Daesh in Syria and Iraq from seeking refuge in the US Oh Obama? Almost all refugees admitted to the US in 2015-2016 were Sunni Muslims, with very few Yazidis (about 16 were admitted) or Christians and I wonder why The illiterate Linda Sarsour? She cares less about Yazidi women! The so called Women's March? God bless them, they are mostly clueless Brooklyn women that have no clue about the suffering of the Yazidi women Any reader who is interested in reading more about Nadia and here work, here is her twitter account https://twitter.com/NadiaMuradBasee?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor And I urge all readers: Never to forget the Yazidis and their suffering Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
