Moderate and extreme mendacityReader comment on item: Jerusalem, Jordan, and the Jews Submitted by Malcolm (Israel), Jun 23, 2020 at 04:11 This is Mr. Pipes at his best: identifying the relevant facts and building an impeccable argument. It also enables a distinction between moderate Arab regimes (like the Jordanian regime) and extremist Arab regimes: the moderate regimes lie moderately and the extremist regimes carry mendacity to extremes.. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
