الاسلام دين ودولة and the OTHER or the apostate!

We keep hearing from Muslim apologists and our foolish politicians that the Qur'an says:

لا اكراه في الدين

This can be rendered as: There is no compulsion in religion

However, what they do not tell us is that this verse is abrogated by the "Sword Verse" as you shall see below

So what is the punishment of a Muslim that apostatizes? We have the answer from the Hadith literature and the source is no other that Muhammad himself:

من بدل دينه فاقتلوه

This can be rendered as: He who changes (apostatizes) his religion then kill him

And here is the Hadith from multiple books of Ahadith

And as usual the Muslim 'Ulama come to the rescue and we are told that based on Ayat al-Sayf or the Sword Verse where it says: فاقتلوا المشركين or Kill the Idolaters/polytheists and the punishment of the apostate is: He should be killed! Why? because he is regarded as a: كافر حربي or Kafir Harbi which means a fighting unbeliever. It is in black and white.

And as usual the Muslim 'Ulama add some "spice" so we are told:

فيحبس ثلاثة ايام فان اسلم والاقتل

This can be rendered as: He will be incarcerated for three days and he will either revert back to Islam or he will be killed.

And as usual the Muslim 'Ulama never agree so here is another opinion:

المرتد يعرض عليه الاسلام فان ابى قُتل

This can be rendered as: The apostate will be offered to revert back to Islam and if he declines then he is to be killed.

And a wake up call to anyone that wants convert to Islam that if you change your mind and want to apostatize, this could be your punishment

Next, the Islamic law D-Y-N and المثليين (LGBT and this is a modern Arabic word) or اللوطي (Classical Arabic)
