ANSWER:
It is really with a sad mind that I see you hyper-reacting in this way. It is a known fact that even handing the Quran needs some kind of special treatments. For example a non believer should not the Quran, you should do wudhu before touching the Quran and even while handling it the sleeve of ones clothes should not touch it so on and so on... this all superstition. It is a known fact that, the original Quran according to Muslims is not a written for but oral. The purity of the Quran (according to Muslims) was in the oral and not written form and we all know very well the early writers of Quran have edited, rewrote and burn some copies of the Quran...and you talk about respect!
Sometime ago I was chatting with a Muslim man and I asked him the miraculous of the Quran. He said Allah will protect the Quran. I asked him what he means by "protection". He said "protection from all sorts of evil"...I asked him again "do you think Allah will protect it too from physical damage, like if someone wanted to damage it?"...he said "Allah will never allow that to happen"...well here that was before Guantanmo story. I'm sure by now he will be realizing that the Quran is never miraculous after all...

Mas'ala/Rule:
The outer covering of the Quran which is attached/sewed to the binding of the volume is also under the rules/regulation of Quran. It is therefore impermissible touch it without taharat and wudhu, in accordance to the four Imams. However, the juzdan (enwrapment/pouch) of Quran which is made of a separate cloth (material) and if the Quran is wrapped in it, then to touch the Quran with this juzdan without wudhu is permissible according to Imam Abu Hanifa rehmatullah alehey, but according to Imams Malik and Shafai this is also impermissible. Mas'ala/Rule:
It is impermissible to touch the Quran with the sleeves or a portion of the clothes a person is wearing. However, it is permissible to touch it using a separate handkerchief or mantle. (Mazhari)

Mas'ala/Rule:
Scholars have said that this verse is of paramount justification that recitation of Quran in the state of janabat (major impurity requiring ghusul) or menstruration and post-natal bleeding is impermissible, until one takes a bath/ghusul. This is because if the respect of alphabets and characters written in the mushaf is such (that they can not be handled without taharat) then the respect of actual words that are pronounced from the tongue should be even more important and necessary. This should demand that a person without wudhu should not even recite Quran.

This is all a superstitious over due given to the Quran.
I asked you the same question and was expecting to see your answer. But instead you went into hysteria. I know very well that nothing like lightening or earthquake is going to happen if one burns or tears the Quran because for me the Quran is not from God and doesnot have any miracles or divinity. However there are many Muslims who believe the opposite.
There was no need for you to show us your anger or emotions. It is a doubt to me, and if you think that I made you to make fun of Allah well that is your imagination. Do you think I was making fun of your Islamic Allah? Believe me there is no one like Muslims who is making fun of God (If Islamic Allah is God)!!
Every Islamic belief is a mockery to the Almighty God. Here are some.

According to Islam God gives you 72 virgins for endless sex in heaven for anyone who enters heaven! (I hope there is AIDS there).
What a blasphemy is this! Imagine in Heaven in the presence of God making sex and drinking wine! This is a mockery to God. According to Muslims, even Jesus and all prophets are doing sex now in heaven (God forbid). Is sex that all that the Almighty, the master of the endless universe offer for his faithful in the after life? Heaven, the abode of the Lord has been turned into a brothel by Muslims. If male Muslim gets 72 virgins, what do female Muslims get in the Islamic heaven? 72 males?

Muslims believe if one dies in Jihad he can take all his family members to heaven!
By this Muslims have reduced the Almighty to like a mafia. God creates unbelievers and then he sends Muslims to finish them off and then he gives heaven to the killer but the non-Muslim who got brutally murdered by the Muslims are sent to hell again to burn forever!
By this they have made our creator, just blood thirsty who gets lot of delight to see unbelievers (kaffirs) getting humiliated and murdered. According to this ideology, if the son of Saddam Hussein is killed in Jihad he can take all his family including Saddam to heaven. What a mockery to the Almighty.

Qur'an 40:32 "O my People! I fear a Day when there will be mutual wailing. No one shall defend you against Allah. Any whom Allah causes to err, there is no guide. That is how Allah leads the skeptic astray"

Why does Allah send his creatures purposely astray and then he delights in roasting them in Hell?. Why Allah causes people to err? Then in that case those people who are astray is not their fault. Allah purposely made them to err..

Tabari I:275 "Satan wanted to meet them in Paradise, but the keepers prevented him from entering. He went to a snake, an animal with four feet like a camel. Satan tried to persuade it to let him enter its mouth and take him to Adam. The snake agreed, passed by the keepers, and entered without their knowledge, because that was Allah's plan."

Tabari I:278 "Adam went inside the tree to hide. Eve cut the tree and it bled. Then feather that covered Adam and Eve dropped off. So Allah said, ‘Now Eve, as you caused the tree to bleed, you will bleed every new moon, and you, snake, I will cut off your feet and you will walk slithering on your face.'"

Bukhari:V1B4N139 "I asked Allah's Apostle about a person who imagined they passed wind during prayer. He replied: ‘He should not leave his prayer unless he hears sound or smells something.'"

Tabari II:106 "Allah sent gnats against the Babylonians, and they ate their flesh and drank their blood, and nothing but their bones were left. But Allah gave Nimrod a single gnat which entered his nostril and went on beating the inside of his head with hammers for four hundred years. The most merciful of his friends was he who bunched up his hands and beat Nimrod's head with them."


Tabari I:280 "Allah said, ‘It is My obligation to make Eve bleed once every month as she made this tree bleed. I must also make Eve stupid, although I created her intelligent.' Because Allah afflicted Eve, all of the women of this world menstruate and are stupid."

It is you religion who makes fun and comics on God the creator and not me.
