Answer to N.K.: Peace in Islam

Dear N.K.

Thank you for asking questions about Islam.

Here are some versus from Quran shows how Muslims should behave against people from other religions;

(1) Allâh does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allâh loves those who deal with equity (60:8).

(2) But if they incline to peace, you also incline to it, and (put your) trust in Allâh. Verily, He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower (8:61).

(4) There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Tâghût and believes in Allâh, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower. (2:256).

(5) Many of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) wish that if they could turn you away as disbelievers after you have believed, out of envy from their ownselves, even, after the truth has become manifest unto them. But forgive and overlook, till Allâh brings His Command. Verily, Allâh is Able to do all things. (2:109)

(6) And We granted them Clear Signs in affairs (of Religion): it was only after knowledge had been granted to them that they fell into schisms, through insolent envy among themselves. Verily thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Judgment as to those matters in which they set up differences (45:17)

The verses are pretty self explanative.

First of all these verses are not exactly written in the same way as you wrote in Quran. You should have written Quran means that etc etc...
These verses are all about how Allah will punish others after life. We don't know when? Isaac Newton calculated as 2060 but scientist says life on earth can last more than 1 billion years. Who knows? But we believe it will going to happen one day. These verses are not related to present life. Allah warn wrongdoers. It is not duty of Muslim but Allah to punish others. Therefore, these verses are not threat peace in the world.

You should write "Muslim" not "muslim". Why don't you use Google ABC check? Those verses define the difference between Islam and Christianity. Different religions have different teachings.
Don't you see anything against Judaism in your holly book?

We Muslims believe that that is reason why Allah sent another messenger. Just like Jesus is sent After Moses.

About 300 years ago Isaac Newton, great scientist, who read 30 different copies of Bible found out that original Bible was corrupted. He refused trinity but he believed in God. You can use Google for more information.

Let's see what Quran actually says
"That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.";- But they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not" (4:157)
Quran says crucifiction can't be proved. Christians still discuss small issues about Jesus whether he was married or not. He was eating food like anybody else.

Let's see what Quran says
Say: "O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Do you criticize us for no other reason than that we believe in Allâh, and in (the revelation) which has been sent down to us and in that which has been sent down before (us), and that most of you are Fâsiqûn [rebellious and disobedient (to Allâh)]?" (5:59)

Say (O Muhammad to the people of the Scripture): "Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allâh: those who incurred the Curse of Allâh and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swines, those who worshipped Tâghût (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the Day of Resurrection in the Hell­fire), and far more astray from the Right Path (in the life of this world)." (5:60)

These verses show that Allah dislikes any one who doesn't worship him as the way he wishes. Everybody has given a unique life by Allah. If Allah allows those wrongdoers to live their life as they believe in this world We Muslims have no right and wishes to harm anybody because of her/his belief.

"islam" should be written as "Islam". Why didn't you make the same mistake while writing "Christ"?
I don't know who is Sunan Abu Dawud. But both Muslims & Christians believe the Day of Resurrection.
