It's nice you no longer insist on the principle of the original tortfeasor you introduced so solemnly some time ago. Instead, you come back to the sweet official Turkish lies which alas don't hold water at all.

The British helped to fly out the legal president of Cyprus. Cyprus' constitution and government were preserved. If the Turks had really cared about both or the as they lied they did , then why didn't they withdraw the moment Makarios survived or was back ?

Now can you see any similiarity between a group of failed conspirators and a 40 000 strong jihadist Turkish army overthrowing the constitutional order , breaking international law by conquering and exterminating the population of a neutral non-aligned country under a made-up pretext of an internal conflict that was none of Turkey's concern as the Turks since 1967 didn't participate in this state at all but formed a state in a state ?

For what the Turks did in 1974 - conspiring against peace and starting a war of aggression - the Nazis were hanged in Nurnberg . A Nurnmerg trial for Turkish war criminals is still ahead.

Well, what sort of intentions does the Turkish jiahdism and incorporation of Northern Cyprus into Turkey display even according to your own sick lies ? Humanity of napalm and generosity of genocide ! The same lies served you to exterminate the Bulgarians, the Armenians, the Kurds, the Assyrians...

First, I doubt if you ever knew anything about 1964 and Johnson's letter. That you don't care you admit yourself by ignoring its content. After all you yourself declare there is too much history. You are not after finding out what happened but after selling a Turkish lie to the broader public just as you Turks are in America to sell the naive Americans your disgusting denials of the Armenian genocide.

The Turks organized the first carnage of the Greeks at Geunyeli on the 12th of July 1958 and in the British House of Commons the following debate took place five days later :

" 56.Mr. F. Noel-Baker asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what steps the Government of Cyprus will take to prevent the incitement to murder and civil war of the Turkish Cypriot population by means of radio broadcasts and newspapers from Turkey.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd Her Majesty's Government have made the strongest representations to the Turkish Government about the tone and content of recent broadcasts and newspaper articles The Cyprus Press censor has on one occasion prevented the circulation of Turkish newspapers and will do so again whenever necessary."

Yet , Caleb who destests history for its obvious uselessness to support Turkish claims and lies tells us that "responsibility clearly lies with the Greek side". Now Ianus quotes the significant historical British source that shows the contrary. What source has Caleb quoted so far to support his claims ? None ! Why ? He has none and he thinks that history needs none. After all imam Erdogan has said that Turkey's " history is as clean and clear as the sun. "

"Neutral" ? First , Kissinger told Ioannides (who died last month by the way ) that the Fleet was cruising near Mersin to prevent the Turkish invasion of Cyprus. Then it turned out the Fleet was there to protect the Turkish army of invasion against Greek submarines and Greek navy in case Kissinger's blackmail and intimidations hadn't worked . The US had an important part to play in Turkey's war on Cyprus. It was not only the full diplomatic cover of the Turkish war of aggression against Cyprus that the US provided.
