Islam with a western human faceReader comment on item: Islamism with a Human Face? Submitted by rodney allsworth (Australia), May 21, 2014 at 02:56 the only way Islam will ever become more tolerant will be when this generation dies off and the Muslim world gets more and more affected by the western worlds luxurys, the young of Islam are the ones who may force change on the regimes, it will never happen under the gun, but through the younger organisation that legislates laws for Islamic nations, and then it will be a case of compromise and side stepping the old adherance to the strict rule of the Koranic-Sharia law, the current older generations still have far to much to cling to in the muslim society, as with the socialisation of much of the western world, it was never the gun that changed them, but slowly and surely through such organisations as the UN charters that socialism was worked into many western nations, my own father said to me many yrs ago, that Australia will become a socialist nation without a shot bein g fired, Australia behaves as a socialist Nation today, and this is the very same manner that the muslim will ultimately change, because the pure/radical Islam can never accommodate the western worlds way of life. rod qld aust Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
